OC Fuel 247 is located at Harbour Island on 14th Street in Ocean City, MD is looking for fun, outgoing and energetic teammates to provide a great customer service experience for boaters visiting our dock to fuel up.

 

This role requires a lot of time outdoors in the sun chatting up our guests, and has the potential to earn generous tips on top of the base hourly rate.  

 

Responsibilities include:
 

• Greeting boaters as they pull up

• Handing or throwing them docking ropes

• Handing them the gas or diesel nozzle

• Ringing up and processing their purchase (credit card, cash and charge accounts)

• Replacing nozzle prior to them pulling away

• Record fuel levels at the end of each evening shift

• In addition we also sell ice cream, bait, ice, drinks and tackle

 

Our number one goal is to provide a great experience so our boaters keep coming back for more! With the world famous White Marlin Open in our back yard as well as some of the most beautiful waterways on the east coast, boating season is always a blast!

 

We are open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., 7 days a week from Memorial Day to Labor Day and then mainly weekends the month of May, September and October, except for special circumstances (nice weather or fishing tournaments, etc.) 

 

Shifts are 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. 7 days a week.
